PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The accounting analyst is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating accurate financial records ; to ensure financial data are free from material errors ; to provide timely and relevant financial reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Monthly preparation of reports needed by different users
  • Maintaining accurate and updated record of accounts (Bank Reconciliation, Inventory and Costing)
  • Ensures that daily revenue is properly monitored and sends report on a daily basis
  • Preparation of journal entries monthly
  • Preparation of lapsing schedules, accounts receivable and accounts payables aging reports, and other schedules as may required by the management
  • Preparation of supporting documents and forms of all BIR remittances
  • Prepares BIR forms and summary for monthly remittances such as expanded withholding tax

REQUIREMENT

  • Preferably a Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any related course
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
