Talent Sourcing and Attraction

  • Conduct proactive sourcing through job portals, social media, job fairs, and partnerships with schools and government agencies.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across online and offline platforms to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.

Screening and Selection

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments, ensuring timely feedback and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of recruitment and pre-employment requirements.

Hiring Coordination and Onboarding Support

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers for timely evaluation and selection.
  • Facilitate pre-employment processes, including reference checks, medical exams, and contract preparation.
  • Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure proper endorsement and onboarding coordination.

Recruitment Administration and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated manpower and recruitment records in both 201 files and HR information systems.
  • Support the updating of manpower plantilla and recruitment-related reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document tracking, and report preparation as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
