Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Answer inbound sales calls
  • Attend to billing concerns
  • Resolve billing disputes

Desired skills & knowledge:

  • Must have at least 6 months of continuous inbound sales and customer service experience in a BPO company
  • Excellent English speaking skills
  • Clear and friendly tone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • Able to work on weekends
