Job Summary:

The HR Officer provides HR support to multiple business units, ensuring smooth execution of HR programs and processes. This role handles recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR Officer works closely with HR Managers and team leads to support performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The position also coordinates HR initiatives across shared services, monitors HR metrics, maintains employee records, and ensures that HR processes are consistently followed to support organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees for shared services teams.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Generate HR reports, track HR metrics, and assist in HR audits.
  • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives across shared services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in shared services or multi-site organizations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively across teams.
