Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: 87,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Cape Town Time (with 1-hour unpaid break)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home with flexible hours
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of Amazon product listings across multiple markets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Upload and manage product images, ensuring they meet Amazon's requirements and display correctly on listings.
  • Monitor and follow up on listing updates that fail to go live, creating support cases with Amazon as needed.
  • Manage chemical compliance requirements, including safety data sheets (SDS) and regulatory documentation.
  • Provide weekly status reports on listing updates, compliance issues, and outstanding items.
  • Create and manage Amazon seller support cases to resolve listing and compliance issues.
  • Ensure all product information is accurately reflected across Amazon's backend systems.
  • Track and report on listing performance and compliance status.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central and backend systems.
  • E-commerce experience, preferably with product listings and marketplace management.
  • Understanding of chemical compliance regulations and safety documentation (preferred).
  • Experience with safety data sheets (SDS) and regulatory requirements (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating support cases and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues.
  • Science background or degree preferred for chemical compliance understanding.
