DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor live streaming sessions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Assist the host by managing comments, questions, and viewer interactions in real time.
  • Filter inappropriate comments and enforce community or platform rules.
  • Assist in setting up the platform before going live (title, tags, product list, banners).
  • Coordinate with the livestream team for any technical issues such as camera, lighting, audio, or connection problems.
  • Substitute the live seller if needed, presenting products, engaging viewers, and promoting sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in livestreaming, online selling, social media moderation, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce or live selling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays for scheduled live sessions.
  • Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Quezon City.
