Job Description

As a QA System Tester, you will ensure system reliability by analyzing requirements, executing tests, and detecting defects. You'll collaborate with IT teams to develop automation scripts, maintain high-quality standards, and provide solutions that strengthen system performance.

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5+ years of experience as a Software/System Tester or similar role
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with IT team members within the MAKERS IT Group
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Design and develop automation scripts as needed
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Provide timely solutions to potential defects
• Apply quality engineering principles across Agile and waterfall product lifecycles
• Provide documentation and support for testing processes
