Overview:

The Product Manager for Consumer Brands is responsible for overseeing the development, positioning, and performance of assigned consumer products. This role ensures that products meet market demands, align with company strategy, and achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch review.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and R&D teams for product execution.
  • Monitor product performance, sales results, and market feedback.
  • Recommend strategies for product improvements and innovations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and partners.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, brand management, or consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time
