The Procurement Officer (Non-Food) is responsible for sourcing and purchasing all non-food supplies, materials, and services to support operations across SHG brands. The role ensures cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Marketing teams for repair and maintenance needs, renovation projects, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities :

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for non-food materials, equipment, and services.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure best value and quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Admin, and Finance) to forecast and fulfill procurement requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier data.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Support standardization initiatives for non-food supplies across brands.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and ethical standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and demand planning as needed.
  • Lead small-scale projects or initiatives within the procurement team to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in hospitality, retail, or manufacturing).
  • Strong analytical skill & negotiation skill
  • Must be willing to work onsite everyday to Pioneer, Mandaluyong City
