About the role

As a CSR Supervisor/Team Leader at IAN SMART ENERGY CORP', you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This full-time, on-site position is based in Fort Bonifacio Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the daily operations of a team of customer service representatives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  2. Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
  3. Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelors Degree in any field
  2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a customer service supervisor or team lead role, preferably in the call centre or energy industry
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  5. Proficient in customer service best practices, including complaint handling, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  6. Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  8. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work culture
