About Us

What we are looking for:
- Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related course
- With experience in accounting, clerical work, or office administration
- Knowledge in basic bookkeeping and expense monitoring
- Experience in handling reports, documentation, and filing
- Experience in banking transactions (deposit, withdrawal) is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to prepare expense reports, liquidation, and cost summaries
- Good verbal and written communication
- Can make calls and inquiries to suppliers
- Can handle purchase and coordination of materials
- Organized and detail-oriented in documentation
- Able to monitor vehicle registration/renewal
- Can conduct site visits when needed
- Capable of coordinating with different departments and executives
- Strong recordkeeping and filing skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Can work with minimal supervision
