What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related course
  • With experience in accounting, clerical work, or office administration
  • Knowledge in basic bookkeeping and expense monitoring
  • Experience in handling reports, documentation, and filing
  • Experience in banking transactions (deposit, withdrawal) is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to prepare expense reports, liquidation, and cost summaries
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Can make calls and inquiries to suppliers
  • Can handle purchase and coordination of materials
  • Organized and detail-oriented in documentation
  • Able to monitor vehicle registration/renewal
  • Can conduct site visits when needed
  • Capable of coordinating with different departments and executives
  • Strong recordkeeping and filing skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Can work with minimal supervision
