Part-Time Social Media Manager (Hybrid / Project-Based)

Clinic: Ethos Skin Aesthetics – A Doctor-Led Medical Skin Aesthetic Clinic

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote work + occasional onsite visits 1–2x per week for content shoots)

Job Summary

Ethos Skin Aesthetics is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and ensure that our content reflects the clinic's professional and refined brand. The ideal candidate has experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing, with an understanding of aesthetics, beauty, and wellness branding.

This is a project-based, part-time role with flexible working hours. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for delivering a set number of monthly outputs and coordinating with the clinic team to maintain consistent and engaging online communication.


Scope of Work / Responsibilities

  1. Content Planning

  2. Collaborate with the clinic team to create a monthly content calendar that aligns with clinic campaigns and goals.

  3. Propose post ideas that align with Ethos Skin Aesthetics' branding, tone, and key messaging points.

  4. Content Creation

  5. Design and create 12 static graphics or carousel posts per month.

  6. Produce and edit 4 to 8 short-form videos or reels monthly for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  7. Ensure all visuals and captions reflect the clinic's brand identity and professionalism.

  8. Video and Photo Coordination

  9. Attend occasional onsite shoots (1–2 times per week) to capture clinic content such as treatments, behind-the-scenes, or doctor features.

  10. Edit and polish content for final posting.

  11. Publishing and Scheduling

  12. Schedule and publish approved content across the clinic's social media platforms.

  13. Monitor engagement and ensure timely posting according to the content calendar.

  14. Marketing Collaterals

  15. Create occasional digital or print collaterals for clinic displays, promotions, or events as needed.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics.
  • Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Ability to conceptualize creative ideas aligned with a luxury or medical aesthetic brand.
  • Excellent written communication and time management skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to occasionally report onsite for content shoots.

Deliverables

  • Monthly Output:

  • 4–8 short videos/reels

  • 12 static or carousel posts
  • Additional collaterals as agreed upon for in-clinic use.
