- Efficiently and accurately obtain verification of benefits and authorizations for multiple clinics.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service while multitasking.

- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
Technical Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience with benefit verification and authorization.
- 2+ years of Medical Front Office experience.
- Outpatient rehab office experience preferred.
- Proficient computer and typing skills with software knowledge.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with formal training.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calling.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in several EMR systems simultaneously.
- Ability to deal with patients and clients in a caring, respectful, warm, and empathetic manner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance role within a medical office environment.
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in difficult situations.
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Verifying appointments and ensuring proper patient information.
- Checking benefits and verifying insurance policies.
