We are currently looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Inventory and Manufacturing modules to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home, independent contractor role for those who thrive in a flexible yet professional environment.

About the Role

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions focused on Inventory Management and Manufacturing. You will collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into efficient NetSuite workflows, configurations, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support NetSuite implementation and optimization projects for Inventory and Manufacturing modules.
  • Conduct business process analysis and translate client needs into NetSuite configurations and best practices.
  • Configure and manage modules including Inventory, Work Orders & Assemblies, Advanced Manufacturing, and WMS.
  • Develop process documentation, functional designs, and user guides.
  • Conduct UAT sessions, client training, and post-go-live support.
  • Work with developers to implement custom scripts, integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of client operations through NetSuite solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, specifically in Inventory and Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Inventory management (items, transfers, adjustments, bins, multi-location)
  • Manufacturing (BOMs, Work Orders, Routings, Scheduling)
  • Supply chain and warehouse processes (WMS, fulfillment, demand planning)
  • Hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NetSuite integrations.
  • Ability to build Saved Searches, Dashboards, and Workflows.
  • Strong presentation and documentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
