About the Role

Location: Warehouse#11, Brgy Bulanit, Labangan, KIM-SAN Warehouse, Zamboanga Del Sur

Role Type: Full-time (onsite)

Department: Supply Chain Management

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

Supervising: Stockman / Assistant Stockman / Picker

As Branch Coordinator for Inventory, you will manage branch stock replenishment, storage capacity and inventory checking process (Trade & Non Trade).

• Ensures the sufficient stock availability of the branch to fulfill the OTDL target
• Activates Business Continuity Plan by performing Stock transfer and Manila Printing Process as needed.
• Ensures the 100% attendance and compliance of employees on all internal training and programs.
• Implements new process and improvement in the branch
• Conducts monthly Branch Inventory count, recon and reporting according to standard policy (Trade & Non Trade)
• Monitors warehouse capacity filled rate.
• Timely processing and monitoring of inbound and outbound deliveries, delivery claims, return to vendor update, stock transfer & manila printing process.
• Monitors stock quality issues and concerns.
• Reviews semi annual product classification & identification of SLOB stocks.
• Fills in ADM's and assist Associate as need arises.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management course.
• At least 1 year experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Good communication Skills
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Ability to use Google Workspace
