ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meets service level agreement (SLA) consistently and efficiently when providing assistance to Accounts Officer in every business transaction by coordinating with shared operations, monitoring of requests (e.g. issuance request, underwriting approval request), managing the branch's common emails, preparing requested reports, among other.
  • Monitors the branch's common email and checks all emails received within the agreed cut-off are attended and referred to appropriate parties for further handling in accordance with SLAs.
  • Verifies completeness of issuance requests including completeness of customer data before endorsing requests to shared operations.
  • Generates report as requested by Branch Head.
  • Organizes and safekeeps data according to standard records management process and guidelines
  • Assists Account Officers in cascading any developments (e.g. new product, product enhancements, new process, process enhancements) to customers or partners.
  • Assists Account Officers in monitoring accounts receivables and other premium collection-related activities.
  • Assists Account Officers in facilitating Customer Satisfaction surveys.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of bachelors' degree course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
