Field Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field technical visits or deployment.
• Manage the relationships with our collection and third party service providers.
• Work closely with the dev team and customer support team especially on hardware concerns raised by clients and end users.
• Coordinate with our Technical Supervisor and Engineering Team during tech. visits.
• Assist in training in-house and our client's maintenance support staff.
• Oversee final quality control of all kiosks to be released to clients and for own deployments.
• Machine commissioning and installation.
• Work closely with Technical Supervisor and Project Manager during all phases of the development life cycle.
• Ocular possible locations to branch out Kiosk Machines.

Perform other duties as required or assigned.
