URGENT HIRING: FIELD AREA SUPERVISOR (Food & Beverage Stores)

Location: NCR / Nearby Provinces

Industry: Café, Bakery, and Restaurant Chains

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the operations of assigned store branches.
  • Ensure all stores comply with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and food safety regulations.
  • Check product quality, store cleanliness, and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with store managers regarding staffing, scheduling, and manpower deployment.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation for store staff.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on store performance and operational issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with management for process improvements and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business or Hospitality-related)

With at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, retail, or restaurant operations

Strong leadership and people management skills

Willing to travel to different store locations

Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
