  • Licensed Electrical Engineer Basic Machine trouble shooting; Maintenance of Electrical, Refrigeration System and Smokehouse
  • Minimum of two (2) years as Electrical or Engineering Supervisor in a food processing plant

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including motors, control panels, PLCs, and power distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption across the facility and identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and technologies.
  • Prepare energy reports and recommend improvements to reduce utility costs and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with government energy regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing capital improvement and equipment upgrade projects.
