We are the American Contractor Network, a dynamic coaching and consulting firm dedicated to growing contractors and trade business owners through our Build Pro online community. Build Pro offers a free community, a $97/month membership, small group coaching, and one-on-one programs to help our members grow their businesses. We're seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to drive engagement and growth as an Appointment Setter.
Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the frontline of our outreach efforts, engaging contractors and trade business owners via social media and text messaging. Your primary responsibility is to schedule sales consultation calls and promote our $97/month membership to free Build Pro community members. You will conduct cold outreach to invite prospects to join the Build Pro community or book a sales consultation directly. Using automation, you'll welcome new members, answer questions, and schedule onboarding calls, targeting 100 daily conversations and 10 weekly appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Engagement: Respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, qualifying leads and scheduling sales consultation calls.
Cold Outreach: Proactively message contractors and trade business owners on social media to invite them to join the Build Pro community or book a sales consultation, targeting 100 daily conversations.
Membership Promotion: Encourage free Build Pro community members to join the $97/month membership via personalized text messages.
Community Onboarding: Use automation tools within HighLevel to send welcome messages, answer common questions, and schedule onboarding calls for new Build Pro members.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate sales consultation calls using HighLevel's scheduling features, ensuring accurate calendar management and follow-up.
CRM Management: Log all interactions, outreach efforts, and outcomes in HighLevel to maintain accurate records and support team follow-up.
Performance Reporting: Provide weekly updates on conversation volume, appointment bookings, and membership upgrades.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in appointment setting and cold outreach, preferably in a coaching, consulting, or B2B environment. Experience working with contractors or trade professionals is a plus.
Skills:
Strong written communication skills with a professional, relatable tone tailored to contractors and trade business owners.
Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach (100+ daily conversations) across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Experience with cold messaging and handling objections to drive conversions.
Proficient with HighLevel CRM for communication, automation, and scheduling.
Highly organized with the ability to track and report on performance metrics.
Attributes: Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Passion for helping trade professionals succeed.
Technical Requirements: Reliable internet, access to a computer, and familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., HighLevel, Zoom, Google Suite).
Work Details
Type: Full-time, approximately 38–40 hours per week.
Location: Fully remote, with flexibility to work from any location.
Schedule: Flexible hours, with preference for availability during standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM in MST) to align with our audience.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (DOE), with bonus opportunities for meeting or exceeding appointment and membership goals.
