We're expanding our telesales team and looking for appointment setters who are:
- Outgoing and persuasive
- Comfortable on the phone
- Driven by targets and personal growth
- Motivated by helping real businesses succeed

** What You'll Do: **
- Conduct online searches for lead generation via business directories, LinkedIn, social media or other sources
- Initiate cold calling to build up the customer's database
- Make outbound calls to potential business owners in Singapore
- Engage prospects in friendly and persuasive conversation to understand lead's needs
- Introduce product/service offerings that fit prospects accordingly
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our consultants
- Confirm any previously scheduled appointments
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Work closely with a friendly, goal-oriented team
- Maintain detailed records of calls, including follow-ups and customer feedback
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with relevant information
- Lead database maintenance

** What We Offer: **
- Basic salary + attractive commission
- Full Time: Php 30, ,000 (basic monthly fee/starting rate) depending on skills and experience.
- Full training provided – no experience needed Prior experience is a plus

** JOB REQUIREMENTS: **
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Good command of spoken English
- Stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed
- Noise-cancellation headset
- Prior telemarketing experience is an added advantage
