About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Finance Officer to join our team. This role combines procurement responsibilities with financial oversight to ensure that purchasing activities are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with company budgets. The ideal candidate has a background in Accounting or Finance, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, requesting quotations, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts.


• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.


• Review and process purchase requests and purchase orders.


• Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with budget.


• Collaborate with the Finance Department in verifying invoices, payments, and supplier accounts.


• Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, and inventory.


• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to improve purchasing efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.


• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, budget utilization, and supplier performance.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.


• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, finance, or accounting.


• Strong understanding of financial processes, budget management, and supplier negotiations.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems.


• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
