Hiring: Packaging Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily packaging operations to meet schedules and specifications.
• Manage, train, and evaluate packaging staff, ensuring teamwork, safety, and productivity.
• Ensure packaging quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental compliance, including audits and training.
• Monitor and manage packaging materials inventory, minimizing waste and costs.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain quality.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on production, materials, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering
• At least two (2) year of relevant experience in packaging or production in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and team managements skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
