Responsibilities

Production Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate all production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Ensure proper execution of production plans according to formulation and batch manufacturing records (BMR).
  • Ensure that cosmetic products are manufactured in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and FDA requirements.

B. Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure production areas maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Implement and enforce GMP, 5S, and Safety practices within the production floor.

C. Team Management

  • Supervise and train production operators and line leaders on SOPs, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Monitor performance, attendance, and discipline of production personnel.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related technical field.
  2. At least 3–5 years of experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing (supervisory level preferred).
  3. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations.
  4. Experience in production scheduling, manpower management, and equipment operation.
