We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Management Trainee
to join our company. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start their careers in real estate sales and gain hands-on experience in the industry. You will be trained in sales strategies, client relations, and business development, with opportunities to grow into bigger roles as you progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution:
    Assist in implementing sales strategies to reach individual and team targets.
  • Client Relations:
    Engage with potential and existing clients, presenting our projects and ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Business Development:
    Support initiatives to generate leads and explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Track sales activities and performance, learning how to analyze results and improve outcomes.
  • Training & Learning:
    Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of real estate sales and industry practices.

Requirements

  • Graduate of
    Real Estate Management, Marketing Management
    or equivalent (open to fresh graduates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in developing a career in sales within the real estate industry.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Amenable to work onsite (Mandaluyong City and Quezon City)
