Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Lambunao. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will also provide financial analysis and support to optimize financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in financial record-keeping, accounts reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
  • Experience in payroll management and invoice processing
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
