Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced 3D Artist to create high-quality 3D models, textures, and visual assets for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, deep technical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the creative team. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into realistic or stylized 3D assets that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. 3D Asset Creation

  • Model, texture, and render 3D characters, props, environments, and visual effects.
  • Optimize models for performance without sacrificing visual quality.
  • Create both realistic and stylized assets based on project needs.

2. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with concept artists, animators, and designers to ensure visual consistency.
  • Follow style guides and technical requirements for each project.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with the Art Director and team members.

3. Technical & Pipeline Support

  • Maintain organized files, naming conventions, and asset libraries.
  • Assist in troubleshooting 3D-related technical issues.
  • Ensure assets are ready for integration into game engines, animation pipelines, or rendering workflows.

4. Quality Control

  • Review and refine assets based on feedback.
  • Ensure all assets meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a 3D Artist in gaming, animation, architecture, or related industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modeling, texturing, and rendering skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Cinema 4D).
  • Strong knowledge of texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
  • Understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
  • Knowledge of game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Flexible work setup (On-site or Hybrid depending on project needs).
  • May require extended hours during tight deadlines or major project milestones.
