JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unity Developer at the Senior to Lead level to take a key role in building high-performance, interactive 3D applications and games. As a core member of the development team, you will be responsible for architecting systems, optimizing performance, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with designers and artists to bring immersive experiences to life. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with a passion for real-time 3D development and a strong understanding of Unity's capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in Unity development, including at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead-level role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Unity3D engine, and scripting for real-time applications or games.
• Experience shipping at least one commercial product or large-scale Unity project.
• Deep understanding of game/app architecture, physics, animation, input systems, and rendering pipelines.
• Familiarity with Shader programming, URP/HDRP, and performance optimization techniques.
• Solid experience with asset integration, working with artists and UI/UX designers to implement visuals and interactions.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
• Experience with cross-platform development (iOS, Android, PC, consoles, WebGL, or XR).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (can be 2 or 3x in the office depending on team arrangement)
• Work Hours: Standard; dayshift (Flexible time-in between 7am - 11am)
