  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure operational functionality and safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and downtime.
  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize disruptions and improve machine performance.
  • Order or recommend replacement parts, tools, and supplies as needed.
  • Follow and enforce safety procedures and regulations.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform urgent repairs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase machine reliability and efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or electrical circuits.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, welding, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or on-call shifts if required.
