Job Description

  • Set up and manage ads to boost top-performing KOL and creator content across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, focusing on traffic, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the Creator and KOL Management team to identify which content pieces to boost based on performance signals.
  • Develop and implement ad spend optimization principles and boosting frameworks.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve audience targeting, creative effectiveness, and delivery results.
  • Analyze campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the broader team.
  • Stay updated on Meta platform best practices, ad formats, and algorithm changes to continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising or media buying, preferably with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking).
  • Experience in boosting influencer or KOL content is a strong advantage.
  • Solid data analysis skills; proficiency in Meta Ads reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge and Skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
