  2. Familiar with TikTok algorithms, e-commerce workflows, and live selling operations.

  3. Able to manage product listings, pricing updates, vouchers, and shop decorations.

  4. Experience in e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage, but not required.

  5. Willing to work flexible hours, especially during campaign days (11.11, 12.12, and payday sales).
  6. Can coordinate with Live Sellers, inventory staff, packers, and influencers.
  7. Experience with affiliate management (inviting creators, approving commissions).
  8. Familiar with TikTok Ads, boosting posts, and campaign participation (optional but beneficial).
  9. Can troubleshoot basic system issues and communicate with TikTok support when needed.
