Administrative Support to Area Coordinators
- Maintain and update the 201 files, contract records, and orientation attendance of all deployed personnel.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal documentation needs, clarifications, and updates from Area Coordinators.
- Encode, organize, and archive files to support HR and Operations in audits and monitoring.
Communication and Coordination
- Relay and follow up important announcements, reminders, and policy updates from management to Area Coordinators and vice versa.
- Coordinate with HR for contract expiration, renewals, endorsements, and pooling requests.
- Identify outlets that require pooling or replacements and assist in preparing the endorsement forms.
- Monitor and summarize issues/concerns relayed by Area Coordinators for escalations to HR or Operations/Area Coordinators.
Payroll & Report Preparation
- Assist in payroll summarization, particularly in consolidating timekeeping and encoding verified reports.
- Ensure proper coordination between Area Coordinators and Payroll Team for adjustments, disputes, or missing entries.
- Support in validating and reconciling discrepancies between manning lists, schedules, and actual assignments.
Support for Pooling & Deployment
- Maintain a list of back-up applicants for emergency deployment.
- Organize applicant profiling, shortlisting, and pre-screening support for hiring activities.
- Track outlet needs for staffing and assist in candidate endorsements as requested by Area Coordinators.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
