  1. Sales and Client Acquisition - Generate leads and convert target schools into partner clients

  2. Conduct strategic sales presentations and product demonstrations to School Leaders (President, Principal, VPAA, Coordinators, etc.)

  4. Account Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing school partners

  5. Ensure seamless onboarding, training coordination, and contract renewal

  8. Align with Finance, Marketing, and Academic teams for proposal, pricing, and support documents - Participate in Sales Planning, Kick-Offs, and regular performance reviews

  9. Strategic Territory Development - Understand the school landscape and competitive environment in your assigned region

  10. Develop and execute territory-based action plans to meet and exceed targets

  11. Identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., expanding to more grade levels or additional programs like SCI, SWR, or SRC)

  12. Reporting and Funnel Management - Maintain accurate and updated client records in the Sales Database system

  13. Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting
