Account Executive for North NCR

Sales and Client Acquisition - Generate leads and convert target schools into partner clients
Conduct strategic sales presentations and product demonstrations to School Leaders (President, Principal, VPAA, Coordinators, etc.)
Submit customized sales proposals and secure signed agreements
Account Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing school partners
Ensure seamless onboarding, training coordination, and contract renewal
Address client issues and escalate concerns to relevant teams when needed
Collaboration and Internal Coordination - Work closely with Program Managers and Product Support Specialists to ensure delivery of STEAM/Robotics Programs
Align with Finance, Marketing, and Academic teams for proposal, pricing, and support documents - Participate in Sales Planning, Kick-Offs, and regular performance reviews
Strategic Territory Development - Understand the school landscape and competitive environment in your assigned region
Develop and execute territory-based action plans to meet and exceed targets
Identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., expanding to more grade levels or additional programs like SCI, SWR, or SRC)
Reporting and Funnel Management - Maintain accurate and updated client records in the Sales Database system
Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting
