On-site - Malabon 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Government Mandated Benefits 13th Month Pay Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow bike sales in assigned areas. Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners. Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities. Manage and monitor sales activities across the Malabon region and nearby areas. Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners. Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations. Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management. Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed. Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary. Qualifications Age 25-40 Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Bike, motorcycle, or related industries Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills Knowledge of the Malabon area and surrounding locations is an advantage High level of initiative, independence, and integrity Ability to meet targets under minimal supervision Will handle Malabon area Additional Notes Working Location: If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
