What You'll Do

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Channel Officer (Sales Associate) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with partners and resellers. You will use your sales expertise to engage with partners, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner and Reseller Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand the network of partners and resellers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Proactively identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new partners and resellers to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with existing partners and resellers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure continued business growth.

Sales Operations and Process Management:

  • Oversee and manage the sales process for all partners and resellers, ensuring timely follow-up, updates, and communication to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide regular pipeline and sales forecasts to management, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch programs, events, and campaigns that help attract new partners and resellers.

Product Knowledge, Training, and Enablement:

  • Equip partners and resellers with in-depth knowledge of product offerings, updates, and value propositions, enabling them to sell effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partners and resellers receive necessary training and technical support to deliver the best solutions to their customers.
  • Continuously improve the selling capabilities of partners and resellers by providing sales tools, marketing resources, and best practices.

Partner and Reseller Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all partners and resellers, ensuring smooth communication and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partners and resellers, providing constructive feedback to improve results.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners and resellers to ensure satisfaction and optimize business opportunities.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance from partners and resellers to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports to management, including actionable insights and recommendations for boosting partner and reseller performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to provide partners with the most relevant information.

What We'd Like You To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, partner management, or business development is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage the sales process, from lead generation to onboarding partners and resellers, and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
