Job Title: L&D Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer to join our team at Acquire Intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and recommend/develop comprehensive training plans aligned with company goals
  • Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on product and process.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate training records and produce reports on training activities
  • Mentor and coach employees to support their professional development
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Contribute to the development of the company's learning culture

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an L&D Trainer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the BPO industry is essential
  • Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
