Job Summary:

We are seeking a Camera Product Tester Supervisor with a strong background in sales, team leadership, and product specialization. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of camera technologies, particularly within smartphone imaging, along with a strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and retail execution. This role combines product insight, consumer engagement, and technical expertise to optimize camera performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product training sessions for camera-related brands and sales teams
  • Design competitive imaging effects or identify areas for image optimization
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis focused on smartphone camera features
  • Test camera project features and user experience; summarize issues and propose improvement directions
  • Stay updated on emerging beauty and visual trends, and apply insights to product imaging strategies

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Professional background in any of the following is a plus: digital product reviewer/blogger, KOL, camera test engineer, or photographer
  • Familiarity with camera and smartphone review processes
  • Strong visual sensibility and ability to identify high-quality photos and videos
  • Genuine passion for photography and videography
  • Strong sense of execution, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with photo/video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve) is a strong advantage
  • Language proficiency: English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
