  • Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earning taxes, deduction, leave and non-taxable wages.

  • Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Maintains employee confidence and protect payroll information by keeping Confidential
  • Assist employee/s and provide advice in relation to payroll concern
  • Preparation of check for final pay and statutory payment monthly
  • Comply with the government statutory reports such as 13th month report, annualization, BIR 2316 and other related payroll reports
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree (4year course) equivalent in any

business course.
- Preferred with at least 1 - 2 years' experience in Payroll Related transactions
- Must be accurate, dependable, and dedicated in completing given tasks on time.
- Must be a team player and able to prioritize tasks
- Has a strong ethical standard and high level of honesty and integrity
- Knowledgeable in MS Office application
- Must have a keen eye for detail, be customer oriented, trainable, and committed to self-improvement.
