Senior AI Video Editor

Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | Israel Time (9AM–3PM or 9AM–6PM)

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and tech-savvy Senior AI Video Editor & Content Creator who can produce high-impact video content across multiple formats—short-form social media content, YouTube videos, corporate/training content, and AI-enhanced visual assets.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, fluent in English, experienced in editing viral short-form videos, and passionate about AI-based tools for content creation. You will work across employee training materials, recruitment content, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and brand-building projects.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands social media trends, storytelling, AI workflows, and modern editing styles.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Facebook Ads.
• Produce long-form videos for YouTube (5–15 minutes).
• Create visually engaging organizational training videos and policy presentations.
• Apply clean cuts, pacing, transitions, micro-animations, captions, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Adapt content for different platforms with optimized formats and storytelling styles.
• Implement hooks, retention editing, dynamic pacing, and storytelling strategies.

AI-Based Content Creation

• Use AI tools for scriptwriting, voiceovers, subtitles, and video enhancement.
• Work with AI editing platforms such as:
• HeyGen (avatar videos)
• VEO3 / Nanobanana
• Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Captions
• ChatGPT for scripting and ideation
• Improve content performance using AI insights and automation tools.

Scriptwriting & Creative Ideation

• Write clear, engaging scripts for training videos, social content, and recruitment campaigns.
• Assist with content angles, creative direction, hooks, and story structures.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize new content strategies.

Branding & Corporate Content

• Produce videos for employer branding, internal communications, onboarding, and policy distribution.
• Ensure consistent branding across all content formats.

Collaboration & Workflow Management

• Work closely with marketing, HR, and creative teams.
• Manage tasks through platforms like Monday.
• Maintain organized editing workflows and deliver fast, high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have

• Full proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking).
• 3+ years of proven video editing experience, including short-form content.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Experience creating TikTok/Reels/Shorts, video ads, and social-first content.
• Ability to edit for retention: hooks, pacing, B-roll, transitions, captions.
• Strong self-learning ability and love for new technologies.
• High attention to detail and strong storytelling sense.
• Strong affinity for computers, tech, AI tools, and automation.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and meet deadlines.

Preferred / Strong Advantage

• Experience with:
• HeyGen, VEO3, Nanobanana, Captions, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs
• ChatGPT for content writing & automation
• Photoshop for image editing
• Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
• Experience editing YouTube long-form videos.
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
• Background in training content creation or corporate communication.
• High analytical or mathematical abilities (significant advantage).

Role Details

• Position: Senior AI Video Editor & Digital Content Creator
• Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Depending on assignment)
• Schedule:
• Part-Time: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Israel Time)
• Full-Time: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Israel Time)
• Location: Remote
