About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at TND MARKETING'.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and presentations

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information

  • Supporting the sales process by performing data entry, generating reports, and providing other administrative tasks as needed

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
