We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our growing team at STO Global Fast Express Philippines Group Corporation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year experience in manual payroll processing, preferably in a Logistics or Express industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel — knows basic to intermediate formulas such as:
  • ➤ IF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Table.

  • Knowledgeable in government contributions and statutory benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).

  • Keen attention to detail and can work under minimal supervision.

  • Willing to work onsite in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate employee payroll accurately and on time (manual and system-based).

  • Maintain and update employee records and timekeeping data.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries as needed.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounting for payroll concerns and compliance.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
