JOB TITLE: FRONT-END TRACTOR LOADER OPERATOR

Job Summary

The Front-End Tractor Loader Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the loader to perform tasks such as loading, lifting, transporting, and dumping materials. The role ensures safe and efficient handling of equipment for construction, agricultural, or industrial projects, while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the compact front-end tractor loader for tasks such as loading, digging, grading, and transporting materials.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe and optimal performance.
  • Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies and site regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of equipment after use.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in operating tractors, loaders, or heavy equipment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work in varying conditions.
  • Strong sense of safety awareness and attention to detail.
