Front-End Tractor Loader

Description The Front-End Tractor Loader Operator at Metro Pacific Dairy Farms is responsible for safely operating and maintaining loaders to support daily agricultural and industrial activities. This role involves loading, transporting, and handling materials, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Candidates should have basic equipment knowledge, physical fitness, and preferably prior experience in operating heavy machinery. Responsibilities Operate the compact front-end tractor loader for tasks such as loading, digging, grading, and transporting materials. Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe and optimal performance. Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies and site regulations. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of equipment after use. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Qualifications At least a high school graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in operating tractors, loaders, or heavy equipment is an advantage. Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
