Job Description

As a Media Analyst, you'll be at the center of campaign performance-analyzing, optimizing, and driving results across multiple marketing channels. You'll collaborate with the media and client teams to manage budgets, forecast performance, and deliver data-driven insights that fuel smarter media decisions and measurable success.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and quick learning ability
  • Strategic mindset with proactive client servicing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop media plans and optimize weekly marketing budgets to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Manage client expectations, ensure accounts remain current and funded, and identify areas for growth
  • Send daily performance reports detailing calls or orders generated, invoicing, and remaining account funds
  • Collaborate with the media team to secure the most efficient media placements for client campaigns
  • Analyze media source performance to expand high-performing areas and minimize underperforming ones
  • Accurately forecast call volumes based on current costs and clearance rates
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and support the sales team with research to grow their respective verticals
