Be part of our client's team as an Ad Operations Support, managing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns with precision and consistency. Ensure accurate implementation, smooth execution, and top-tier performance across media buying platforms. The Qualifications We Seek:

• At least 2 years' experience in Meta Ads Manager or similar ad-serving platforms.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and campaign accuracy.
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Bring exceptional attention to detail to campaign execution and ensure accuracy in operational processes.
• Monitor and enforce campaign management business rules.
• Ensure creative quality by applying standard policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Handle creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts, and documentation for campaign launch.
• Execute campaign QA to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
• Act as liaison between external customers, sales, and operational teams.
• Participate in WIPs and meetings as needed.
• Proactively drive knowledge sharing, innovation, and efficiencies in the Programmatic Trading Operations team.
