  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
  • Support general hostel operations when needed (e.g., moving furniture, replacing fixtures)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintenance, repair work, or similar role (hospitality setting is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, and general repair
  • Able to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and manage time well
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
  • Willing to stay or relocate to El Nido
  • Reliable, responsible, and easy to work with
