Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash bins
• Ensure all hostel areas are sanitized and well-organized
• Assist with laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Refill supplies such as toiletries, cleaning materials, and guest room necessities
• Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks when needed (e.g., dishwashing, wiping counters)
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
• Help prepare rooms for check-in and ensure all areas are guest-ready

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Cleaner, Utility Staff, or Housekeeping personnel (hostel/hotel experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and sanitation standards
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
• Friendly and respectful when interacting with guests
• Willing to stay or relocate to El Nido
