Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivable

Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivable is identified as the expert in the process and is responsible for the function's critical knowledge in sub-processes and methods.

Other tasks include:

  • Ensures the stability and sustainability of the team by creating an effective back-up system and identifying critical processes and workforce
  • Serves as the Point of Contact for KPI reports while ensuring standardized calculation, consolidation, and submission
  • Supports and participates in upcoming and newly migrated countries to ensure its success and stabilization

Qualifications:

Must-have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other Business-related courses
  • Knowledge of the entire accounting process from business transactions to financial statements
  • End-to-end expertise in Accounts Receivable, including process design and management, report generation, reconciliation, and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge in accounting systems (SAP) or other ERP systems
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Financial Institution

Nice to have...

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Accounts Receivable
  • Experience in process migration
  • Business knowledge (Mercedes-Benz / Automotive)
  • At least 1 year experience in leading a team
