Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant OR Manager

We are seeking strategic-minded professionals to design and implement end-to-end asset management solutions that drive operational excellence for global clients. This role involves optimizing the entire asset lifecycle through process redesign, digital transformation, and advanced technology integration.

Core Responsibilities

Consultant Level

  • Solution Implementation
    : Design, build, and implement EAM strategies to enhance asset reliability and workforce productivity.
  • Process Design
    : Architect core modules including Work Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Management of Change (MoC).
  • Technical Execution
    : Configure organizational structures, GL accounts, and master data within EAM platforms.
  • Change Management
    : Facilitate business process discussions to envision future-state workflows and lead client training sessions.
  • Sales Support
    : Assist senior leadership with RFP responses, client demos, and the development of pre-sales materials.

Manager / Senior Manager Level

  • Engagement Delivery
    : Manage high-stakes EAM and Work Management transformation projects for G2000 clients.
  • Strategic Advisory
    : Develop business and value cases to help executives prioritize their digital asset journeys.
  • Business Development
    : Drive consulting sales activities, manage key client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership
    : Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex data migrations, integrations, and OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) solution customizations.
  • Innovation
    : Integrate emerging digital solutions, such as connected field worker technologies, to solve critical efficiency and safety problems.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Industry Experience for Consultant level
    : 5+ years of consulting experience with a focus on Asset & Work Management.
  • Industry Experience for Manager level:
    8+ years of consulting experience delivering end-to-end transformation projects.
  • Platform Expertise
    : Hands-on experience with major EAM platforms such as
    SAP, IBM Maximo, or Infor
    .
  • Technical Skills
    : Proficiency in data migration, system integration, and configuring complex master data.
  • Global Flexibility
    : Ability to work in a global environment and openness to cross-country relocation for senior roles.
