YOUR PROFILE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in presales and sales for IT products
  • Technical expertise with latest computer hardware and components
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven excellence in phone and customer service manner and skills.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

Customer support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all aftersales concerns, including basic troubleshooting, Level 1 support, warranty applications, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Assess and approve RA requests or escalate complex warranty cases as needed.
  • Provide support across multiple channels (Phone, Zendesk, Email, Backend, Live Chat) and for all business segments (Retail, Delivery, Commercial, Marketplace).
  • Ensure clear, timely communication while maintaining empathy and professionalism at all times.

Internal Communication

  • Coordinate with presales teams (SSO, Commercial, Retail) to gather needed information and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Work closely with the warranty team to ensure timely resolution of customer warranty issues and deliver a high level of satisfaction.
  • Join weekly/monthly aftersales meetings to review performance, progress, and department plans.
  • Attend aftersales, customer service, technical, and vendor training sessions, including those held outside regular business hours.
